Coachella drops 2016 lineup, is huge

LCD Soundsystem are back baby.

True story: In 2010 LCD Soundsystem announced some east coast shows in Australia that were to be their last ever here. Living in Perth and a big fan of James Murphy and co. I flew from Perth to Sydney for the sole reason to see them live. It was amazing. I was happy. Then they announced they'd be playing Big Day Out the following year. It wasn't as special. And then they were done.

Well now they're back headlining Coachella which is pretty great and hopefully means they can become the John Farnham of dance-punk and play heaps more 'Last Time' tours til the end of time. Also quite exciting is the news that M83 is playing Coachella, which hopefully means we can expect some kind of tour for him this year. On the Aussie front, you'll notice a Flume in pretty large text (which isn't surprising given today's news), Miami Horror, Nina Las Vegas, Courtney Barnett, RUFUS, DMA's and Thomas Jack - so big ups those guys!
