The multi-award winning artist announces their forthcoming debut mixtape with the release of a lush love letter.

Jesswar has made huge waves since their inception with Savage in 2017, collaborating with the likes of DZ Deathrays, Tasha the Amazon & Briggs, performing at Laneway, Splendour in the Grass, Groovin the Moo and GRAMMY.com's 'Press Play At Home' series, winning the 2021 Gold Coast Music Award for Breakout Artist of the Year, and jumping into the triple j Like A Version studio for a covered Limp Bizkit’s 'Rollin’. 

Continually redefining their unique approach to hip-hop, Jesswar today announces that the release of their debut mixtape LIFE'S SHORT, LIVE BIG is on its way this September, giving us the first taste with the celebratory new single titled FELL IN LOVE

Accompanied by a striking music video something I dreamed of while playing the demo every day on my way to the gym”, shares Jesswar, FELL IN LOVE is a lush track with an infectious groove that swirls around incisive lyricism and an effortlessly impactful vocal tone. The Yugambeh/Kombumerri land based artists goes on to tell that “I feel super recharged lately and I’m coming into a new side of myself that feels free and at peace. Making ‘FELL IN LOVE’ is symbolic for me, not only personally but creatively it gave me room to be gentle and blissful. This is a new path in my journey and I’m ready to be completely submerged in it.”
