Vancouver's Pat Lok adds a funk-house twist to Young Franco's About This Thing
It joins Hood Rich's remix on the official remix package.

After enlisting Hood Rich for a heaving house remix this time last week, the second remix of Young Franco's About This Thing remix package has arrived courtesy of Vancouver producer Pat Lok. It's a club-ready future-funk anthem, taking the playful and catchy vocals of UK grime MC Scrufizzer and layering them over a bass-tinged funk beat, which smoothly glides underneath the warped vocals of the original with a Kaytranada-esque groove. It really builds on the hip-hop shadings of the original, with Scrufizzer's vocals fitting in perfectly with Pat Lok's soulful groove.
