Premiere: Melty drops a brand new, bass-heavy banger, Fake Handbags

Sydneysider kicks it up a notch with new single.

Sydney producer Melty is someone who we've been talking about for a while, with his bootleg of Yung Lean's Yoshi City and his first single for 2015, Nightmare Alertdrumming up a heap of hype for the young producer's year to come. After being buried in the studio all winter, he has emerged with Fake Handbags, the first taste from a mountain of bass-heavy, jersey-infused bangers he has in store for us. Blending together the heaving 808s and rolling snares typical of the trap genre with fast-paced bass hits you would expect from the fore-runners of the jersey club movement, Fake Handbags is a fun and bouncy bundle of joy that hits hard from the get go, not to mention the vocal loops that will worm their way into your ears and be stuck in there all day. Listen below and stay tuned as the producer hits the road with a new live show to support his work, with the first dates already announced.

UPCOMING SHOWS:

Fri 4 Sep - Can't Say, Melbourne

Fri Sep 11 - Banquet @ World Bar, Sydney
