At the ripe old age of 16, Mallrat is definitely a name we’re going to highlight and keep an eager eye and ear out for. Well we kinda have been since we first started talking about her early last year. Fun fact: We ran a competition for a set of headphones like two Christmases ago and Mallrat one them, and used them to work on those early releases with Tigerilla. More recently Inside Voices gained praise on both the internet world and radiowaves, along with a feature on E^st's new EP. Using and combining this decent blend of electro-poppy vibes meets rap in a concoction that most would not think would fit ends in a Mallrat sandwich for everyone to enjoy. This latest one For Real once again is destined for and yearning the attention of people not just from Australia but, we’re going international baby! Currently in the US right now, she's more than backing up on that early promise, and looks set to be a fixture of the Aussie music scene for years to come:
