Well renowned for bringing over some of the World's best (Yung Lean, Shigeto and Machinedrum, to name a few who have toured in recent months), Sydney-based crew Astral People are gearing up for their Summer Dance series, a couple of FOMO-inducing shows set to take over the National Art School in Sydney. Kicking off this year’s series is UK house maestro Julio Bashmore, followed by the multifaceted musical institution that is George Evelyn, aka Nightmares On Wax, and the diverse DJ, producer and vinyl collector Hun Choi aka Hunee. Local heroes rounding off the on-point line-up include Touch Sensitive, András, Mike Who, Lovebombs, Adi Toohey, Ariane, Andy Garvey and EK Collective. Ahead of the shows, party-thrower and DJ Andy Garvey has dropped a mixtape teasing the irresistible groove of some of the acts to play across the Summer Dance shows, as well as a couple of other juicy tunes. Just try and resist the funk.
