They may not have won on the night, but they'll win your heart.

While The Big Splash Band Competition may be done and dusted for the year (S/O eventual winners POW Negro), the comp has unearthed a serious batch of great WA-based bands who definitely comprise some of this fine state's next crop. Runners up moistoyster (who we interviewed earlier during the competition), are definitely one of those and this little highglights reel from grand final night can give you some idea of what to expect. They've been supporting a bunch of great WA bands recently, and you can expect more good things from them before year's end.
