Premiere: The ghosts of indie-dance past are alive and well on Landings' new single, I Lied

Premiere: The ghosts of indie-dance past are alive and well on Landings' new single, I Lied

The Brissie trio bring a tight and polished new single to 2017.

It's no wonder Brisbane three-piece Landings spent much of 2016 supporting the likes of Last Dinosaurs, Gypsy & The Cat and The Creases, to name a few. Their brand of indie-rock has an inherently danceable quality to it that harkens back to the Oz indie guitar-driven scene of the 2010's, no better exemplified than on latest single, I Lied. The wonderfully polished new track really bangs, impeccably produced with the help of revered Australian producer Jean-Paul Fung, and replete with soaring guitars, thumping drums and infectious melodies that all combine for an energetic and irresistable release.
