Premiere: Listen to Hard Way, a beautiful new single from Melbourne's Eliza Hull

She'll be celebrating its release with some big launch shows in June.

Castlemaine-based indie-pop artist Eliza Hull has sent us her new single Hard Way a day before tomorrow's official release, and we couldn't be more stoked to premiere it today. Produced by Jono Steer (Ainslie Wills, Ali Barter) and taken from her mid-2018-due new EP How We DisappearedHard Way is a lush piece of music, with rumbling percussion amidst a generally live-feeling track where her soaring vocals are still the star. Recorded with her five-piece band, you can feel the emotions dripping from each instrument as Hull evolves as an artist, and also in her personal life: "It’s about letting go of someone who wanted to change you, and realising that you don’t have to hold onto that person, you can learn from the experience and move on, in a sense it’s about self-love and acceptance."

She'll be launching it mid-year at rolling indie club night Rare Finds, check the dates (and killer all-girl lineups) once you've listened to Hard Way, below:
