Premiere: Ash Digs - All Dressed Up

Premiere: Ash Digs - All Dressed Up

Give the Boorloo-based singer, songwriter & producer’s new single of downtempo genre-fusing sounds a listen a day ahead of release

Six months after we met Ash Digs and his debut single, the new musical project from W.A.’s Ash Hosken (formerly known as Diger Rokwell), he makes his return with single number two with All Dressed Up out Thursday, March 9 but premiering on Pilerats today!

All Dressed Up sees Digs further hone his new guitar-and-vocal-led direction while maintaining some of the psychedelic vibes we knew and loved from his Diger Rokwell releases. Fusing elements from blues, psych & alt-rock, All Dressed Up features an undeniably groovy bassline alongside understated-yet-crisp drums and celestial, resonating guitar lines, with Hosken’s soft & silvery vocals hovering above the mix.

All Dressed Up is the second taste of Ash Digs’ forthcoming Tapes of You EP (set for a May release) that will see the artist further showcase his diversity and range as a singer, songwriter and musician, ranging from stripped back raw compositions to more beat driven, yet lyrical focused cuts. We can also look forward to the highly anticipated Ash Digs live show that will see a different, organic interpretation of these new sounds.

Get All Dressed Up as it premieres on Pilerats today ahead of its March 9 release!
