Applications For WAM's 2024 Song of The Year Competition Are Now Open!

West Aussie songwriters have until March 18 to get their entries in to be considered across 17 categories

With recent Grand Prize winners including the likes of Dulcie, Siobhan Cotchin, Carla Geneve and Stella Donnelly, WAM’s annual Song of the Year competition has been a staple of the Western Australian music scene for over three decades.

Now with the chance to etch their names into local music history, all West Aussie musicians are eligible to enter the 2024 edition of the competition with the eligibility criteria being that the entrants have resided in W.A. for the majority of the past 12 months.

Featuring 17 categories across a range of genres and demographics and of course including the coveted grand prize, entries close 5pm Monday March 18.
