Welcome To The Fam: Hideous Sun Demon

Welcome To The Fam: Hideous Sun Demon

Hideous Sun Demon sign with Pilerats Records and announce their debut LP.

In what may be one of the most iconic sonic introductions to a song of 2016, Hideous Sun Demon appear to have recorded someone peeing. And then stuck it on their latest single Bad Girl and their first track to be released through Pilerats Records. And what a hell of a song it is, produce by Stuart Mackenzie of the ever-releasing King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard you can see his touches through the keening guitars but all in all this is a Hideous Sun Demon song to the core. For 1, it's totally ballistic from 1:50 on with screeching vocals cutting through everything else to dominate your ears. 2. it has DIY written all over it and at their core that's what Hideous Sun Demon seem all about.

Hideous Sun Demon also have a new album coming out via Pilerats Records but we can't tell you the name just yet but we can confirm it's also mixed by Mackenzie of King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard. Furthermore, the band is also heading out on a tour of Australia in support of their latest single, catch all the date below:
