The internet is an easy place to get depressed. Between endless dumb videos popping up in your news feed and the relentless doom and gloom of planet earth's steady charge towards its own destruction, it can be easy to forget that thing's aren't all bad. Enter this couple of minutes of beautifully-shot drone footage featuring two whales hanging out off a beach in Esperance, and one lucky bastard paddle boarder bearing witness to what we imagine is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. It's been doing the rounds for a while now, but it's still worthy of discussion, and if we can improve just one person's day with it, then job well done.
