Jane Tyrell - Wild Waters

Melbourne songstress Jane Tyrell has released the first taste from her forthcoming solo debut (due later this year on Elefant Traks), and Wild Waters is an attention-grabbing first cut. Based around Tyrell's smoky vocals to sparse production featuring soft melodies crescendoing into delicate percussion and synths, it's a beautifully pared-back single, reminiscent of Banks with a hint of Sarah Blasko about it. We can't wait to hear more, but for now this first single is bold statement, stamping Tyrell as one to watch (buy it HERE).
