Featuring three triple j Unearthed winners, you’re going to want to get down early to kick off the fun with Bec Stevens in Downtown melbourne, who’s debut single, Big Worry, has already proven a fan fave on both the airwaves and the stage. In Byron Bay you can catch Friends singer-songwriter Medhanit, who’s no stranger to a heavy hitting live performance, having spent the year as a live singer for PNAU and joined Holy Holy in the triple j studio for their Like A Version earlier this year. After being nominated for a coveted triple j Unearthed J Award, South Summit will kick off the new year in style at Falls Downtown Fremantle.
For Falls Byron and Falls Downtown Melbourne throw a NYE Falls Formal to help you say sayonara to 2022. So, don your schmick suits and tasteful taffeta and join Lil Nas X in Byron Bay for a massive midnight countdown or ring in the New Year with Arctic Monkeys against a backdrop of the epic Melbourne fireworks.
And if all of this is a bit much and you’d like to track and map out your days, check out the EVENT MAP, available via the Falls website, or get all that info plus notifications and more directly to the palm of your hand with the Falls app - available now for both iOS and Android.
