Sweaty Predictions

With the Sweat It Out Tour 2015 kicking off in Brisbane last weekend, we thought we'd ask the tour team a few sweaty questions pertaining to tunes and survival of the fittest. Fortunately everyone seemed to pull through the first round okay, and all four managed to offer up some thoughts on what to expect for the remaining dates:

Who is the sweatiest member of Sweat It Out?

I'll have to nominate myself - wearing black 90% of the time doesn't help.

Which track of yours do you envision will cause the most perspiration on the tour?

My new single on Sweat, Running - 'cause sweat duh.

Who do you predict will be best on ground for the tour's duration and why?

Gabe from Indian Summer because I'm going to do my best to peer pressure him into doing great things.

Who is most likely to not survive the full length of the Sweat It Out tour and why?

Gabe for the same reason I listed above.

Who is the sweatiest member of Sweat It Out?

Ooohf, that's a tough one. If we're talking gross, 'probably shouldn't hug that dude sweaty', I'd say me (Chevy). If we're talking, super cool party guy, I'd say Cassian... He showed up at our hotel around 4am the other night with two bottles of Sailor Jerry and a crew of people - so he wins. 

Which track of yours do you envision will cause the most perspiration on the tour?

Hmmmm, Foreign Formula still gets a good reaction. If not that, The Quays is pretty reliable.

Who do you predict will be best on ground for the tour’s duration and why?

So far Cass is off to a flying start, but I see the Go Freek boys as fierce contenders.

Who is most likely to not survive the full length of the Sweat It Out tour and why?

Defo Go Freek! May they rest in peace.

Who is the sweatiest member of Sweat It Out? 

Chevy and Gabe - they overheat every set in those suits.

Which track of yours do you envision will cause the most perspiration on the tour? 

Our Crookers remix (yet to be released) has definitely been doing the most damage in our sets over the past few months. We also have a few sneaky unreleased originals that do the job aswell ;)

Who do you predict will be best on ground for the tour’s duration and why?

I think we are all gonna give it a solid crack, so can we maybe split the title six ways?

Who is most likely to not survive the full length of the Sweat It Out tour and why?

I think it's part of the Sweat It Out criteria to do this sort of thing in your sleep. After you put a pen to paper with these guys, you undergo some pretty wild initiation (Sweat it Out Christmas parties + more). So I reckon we all have it completely under control.

Who is the sweatiest member of Sweat It Out?

Definitely Cassian, under that mop of hair I'm not sure how he doesn't pass out during his DJ sets regularly. Although... Indian Summer do perform in penguin suits, I'll be wearing shorts and a singlet to these shows out of pure NECESSITY.

Which track of yours do you envision will cause the most perspiration on the tour?

Possibly a few unreleased newbies ;) Untz untz untz

Who do you predict will be best on ground for the tour’s duration and why?

I've got a feeling the Go Freek boys will take the cake with this one.. partying with those guys is like a goddamn game of multiplayer Tekken, just when you're done punching shots at the bar with one of them, another rises to the challenge and you're on the floor. It's evil.

Who is most likely to not survive the full length of the Sweat It Out tour and why?

Whoever the tour manager ends up being... Poor fella.
