Watch a documentary on the making of The Smith Street Band's new album

More Scared Of You Than You Are Of Me is out now, and bloody great.

Today marks the release of The Smith Street Band’s latest album, More Scared Of You Than You Are Of Me, and you best believe we've been cranking the shit out of it in the office all day today. It's their fourth long player, and also the first on their very own, newly established Pool House Records: “I am so excited to finally be able to share this album with everyone! So much went into making this record. Equal amounts of joy, pain, frustration, passion, anger, love, despair and hope. But we made this record because we needed to and we are releasing it ourselves because we believe in it. And everything I went through in order to write these songs has been so totally fucking worth it. Because now we get to show you what we’ve made made... and goddam are we proud of it,” said frontman Wil Wagner on the release.

How much blood and sweat and tears? Well you can find out yourself by watching an epic 7-minute making of documentary, which we've kindly embedded for you below, along with the album itself. 'Cause we're nice guys like that:
