Premiere: LA rockers Brett unveil soaring new single, Roman Candle

Taken from their Half EP, due March 16.

Having shared stages with the likes of Sky Ferreira, Yumi Zouma, Flume and heaps more, LA-via-DC band Brett have been on a roll since the release of their 2017 EP, Mustang. As we fly through 2018 faster then we want to even think about, Brett are back with new single Roman Candle, and while it purveys some of that soaring indie-rock vibe from previous efforts, the track has a slightly darker edge to it that we're really digging. Like some of the best pop music, the lyrics tackle a slightly darker subject matter while the music brings you up, and it all bodes well for Brett's forthcoming EP Half, due March 16 via 10K Islands.
