Listen: Green Buzzard - Slow It Down Now

Listen: Green Buzzard - Slow It Down Now

Maybe not too slow though, that would make it sound odd.

The Buzz are back; after releasing the first track from their debut 7" Zoo Fly and snapping out a mighty fine cover of Tobias Jesso Jr's Hollywood the boys are back with the single of their split 7". Slow It Down Now isn't the smooth riff work of Zoo Fly which greets you like a spotty youth of the Brit-pop era but rather a hungover one with all the reverb rumbling throughout. And instead of coming out as a straightforward single Slow It Down Now hides its finer moments; like the bridge which consists of a 70s rock line wrapped in reverb. Wicked way of rolling into the chorus. Green Buzzard are also heading out on tour with Bad//Dreems as their national support, you can find out the dates and our interview with Bad//Dreems here.
